How does it work?
The first step to joining our program is to fill our registration form and make the payment. After that, we send you an email to confirm payment. Within 48 hours of that email, we send you a welcome email with the three steps your child has to take to enroll in our Medallion Program.
Our Medallion Program is an exciting program of reading and other activities along with incentives and fun competitions which your child engages in and learns in the process.
Should I use my email address or theirs when filling the registration form?
You will eventually use both email addresses. Parents should use their email address for the first slot. There will be another slot for your child’s email address.
I hope the registration form is very secure. It appears we have to require a lot of personal information on the ward.
Yes please. All information provided on the registration form is highly secure. No one, apart from our staff, has access.
How secure is the portal to be accessed by the children?
Enhanced security is ensured on our portal. We appreciate that the child would be mostly online and that pop-ups, among other content, could be out of control! Thus, we strongly encourage your child to play the digital citizenship game and attain all 5 certificates. This will inform their online activities.
Please do you have something for pre-schoolers? Is it only for Class 2 to JHS 2?
We have a program for 3-6 year olds in Pre-K to Class 1, find out more here
I am not in Ghana, can I enrol my child in this program?
Yes, you are welcome to do so. Complete the form and make payment via a money transfer service to the mobile money account at +233 55 247 7243. We would send you an email confirming payment when received.
What devices can they read the books on?
They can do so on computers, tablets and phones.
Are the resources downloadable for offline reading?
The children can download the e-books for offline reading. They can download as many as they want to read later for when they don’t have an internet connection.
I have 2 children. Will you give me a discount?
Unfortunately, the majority of the cost is to pay for resources per child, especially their reading test. So we are unable to offer a discount at this time. We shall consider how to integrate that into our future program.
We just wanted to find out if there's also the possibility of actually getting physical books.
For now, because of Covid-19, we are not circulating physical/ hard copy books.
I have two children in the same class, do I have to enrol the two of them or we can enroll one so they share resources?
You would have to enroll both children since the reading assessment and tracking of progress is done per child.
What about JHS 3?
It is true that they could be interested. However, at this time, we know that they need to focus on studying for their BECE exams.
